We currently ship within Australia only.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 48 hours (2 business days) of payment being confirmed, Monday to Friday. Orders containing multiple items are shipped together once all items are in stock. During sale periods dispatch may take slightly longer.
Delivery options and rates

Rates are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees — regional and remote areas may take longer.
Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Addresses and failed deliveries
- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
- If a delivery cannot be completed, the carrier will leave instructions or take the parcel to a nearby collection point. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be re-sent at your cost, or refunded less the original shipping fee.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
